Oxfam GB est à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) externe pour entreprendre une évaluation indépendante finale d'un programme de protection qui a été mis en œuvre pendant trois ans au Nord et au Sud Kivu, RDC entre 2013 et 2016. Le programme est financé par l'Agence Suédoise pour le Développement International (SIDA).
L'évaluation doit être terminée d'ici la fin de Mars 2016. Le budget total est $11,000. Cela inclut :
• Les frais du/de la consultant(e)
• Les voyages international/national pour arriver a et retour de Goma/Bukavu ou Uvira
• Les frais pour le visa
• Restauration pour le/la consultant(e)
Oxfam va couvrir les coûts de transport à l'intérieur de la RDC (y compris les vols de Goma à Beni, et le voyage à Uvira) et les frais d’hébergement.

Oxfam GB is seeking an external consultant to undertake a final independent evaluation of a three year protection programme Strengthening protection of civilians in North and South Kivu provinces in Democratic Republic of Congo funded by the Swedish International Development Corporation (SIDA) in North and South Kivu, DRC.
The evaluation must be completed by the end of March 2016.
The total budget is $11,000. This includes:
• Consultant fees
• International/national air travel and arrival/return from Goma/Bukavu or Uvira
• Visa fees
• All food and drink during the stay
Oxfam will cover the costs for transport within the DRC (including flights from Goma to Beni, and road travel to Uvira) and hotel costs.
