The Finance Manager (FM) provides strategic financial management leadership for FH within a country office and ensures compliance with policies and procedures, is a member of the Country Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and participates in regular SLT meetings according to the SLT charter. The FM provides timely reports and advice to the Country Director, and participates in strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Key Result #1 – Financial management and compliance (30%).
Key Result #2 – Internal controls and audit support (20%).
Key Result #3 – Financial analysis and recommendation (20%).
Key Result #4 – Finance unit leadership and management (15%).
Key Result #5 – Financial reporting (Internal and External) (10%).
Key Result #6 – Cash flow planning and cash management (5%).
